Define the sign in experience for Window & Mac desktop application

Overview

Almost like a decade, there was no sign in mechanism for WebEx Productivity Tools. The only way to authorize is asking user to provide a specific site url and the username and password for that URL after a period of time.

In this project, I identify the issue and enhance the sign in experience for both personal account and enterprise account.

Overview

The discussion is around should we provide the scheduling capability from calendar to calendar or we can provide the scheduling capability for all calendars.

I arranged a workshop to identify the problem and within the workshop, we came up a better solution for the scheduling mechanism.

Overview

One of the most interesting give away from user feedback is they have no idea how to use the WebEx productivity tools desktop panel. It looks more like a shortcut panel but useless.

However, the desktop app is more than that. I talked with the program manager and we started a design sprint to exploring new information hierarchy on the tool and refresh the look and feel.

Overview

We received a lot of complaining around how difficulty it is to join a WebEx meeting. Not related with the audio or video connection, but almost around it takes 5 more minutes to find the invitation email.

In this project, I explored different solutions around how to simplify the joining experience and  help come up concept of personal meeting room.

Haptic

Create the haptic solution for mobile operation system

Overview

Haptic is a new world for interaction. It's a combination of UI interface and touch experience. 

As a lead designer, I did a series of experiments with the team to evaluate the haptic experience and applied the refined haptic system into multiple mobile hardwares.

I also shared the experience and knowledge with designers in LG to help set up their haptic design system.
